RETURNS
We hope that you will be delighted with your order, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied - please email us at purekiwicontact@gmail.com.
Due to our strict hygiene standards, we do NOT accept returns on any orders.
All products are handmade in small batches.
Please note:
For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and returned to us, we may refund the cost of the products, but the shipping cost will not be refunded.
WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARRIVE DAMAGED?
If an item arrives damaged or broken, we will happily send a replacement. It needs to be reported within 72 hours of receiving your order. Email us at purekiwicontact@gmail.com. Please include:
- your order number
- item name and size
- a photo of the damaged/broken item
Note Restrictions:
- Replacements are not accepted for orders outside of the US.
- Damaged items that are not reported within 72 hours of receiving your order are not eligible for a replacement.
- Replacements can only be made for the same product.
- Pure + Kiwi will cover shipping costs for replacements within the US.
- We do not offer replacements for incorrect addresses or shipments shown as "delivered" in the tracking update. If a shipment was sent to an incorrectly entered address at purchase, the cost to reship is the recipient’s responsibility.
